Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Operation Executive to join our Motion Graphics Studio. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Operation Executive will work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure that workflow is efficient and streamlined, and that all resources are utilized effectively. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Motion Graphics Studio
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work with the creative and production teams to plan and allocate resources effectively
• Develop and maintain systems and processes for efficient workflow and project management
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
• Ensure that all projects are properly documented and that all project files and assets are properly stored and archived
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, studio performance, and other relevant metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a creative or production environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
• Understanding of the Motion Graphics industry and production processes is a plus
