Become a part of our international Operations team in New Dehli, India. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Assistant Manager – Customer Service.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Take care and fulfil as well as enhance the business further from customers you will be assigned to
• Responsible of all pricing activities requirements of customers and for filling up RFQ’s & tenders
• Prepare reports on productivity and make plans to resolve any issues and improve productivity
• Manage all the required operational activities and ensure that our processes and procedures are followed smoothly, and timelines are met
• Regular updates are provided to customers on daily basis and responsible of bills of lading & invoicing
• As a team player, you encourage interaction and collaboration with other deugro offices and departments
• Hands-on is more than just a phrase to you! As needed, you support the handling of operative business processes, including freight calculation and general administrative tasks, such as invoicing, which comes easy to you

What you can contribute:

• University Degree in business administration or similar
• Experienced in the shipping industry with proven track record in field of project & general cargo business handling
• Thorough knowledge and experience mainly into ocean export & import documentation and operations.
• These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communications skills (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
