Job Title: Strategic Development Manager
Location: Pune, India
The Deutsche Bank Cloud & Innovation Network Function drives the bank’s cloud and innovation strategy, thought leadership, technology partnerships and investments, as well as the execution of cloud transformation and cross-bank innovation solutions. The team enables the bank to accelerate and drive business led innovation, and to deliver revenue growth and operational efficiencies for all bank divisions and DB ecosystem of partners. You will be joining the Engineering function within the C&IN division in the role of Strategic Development Manager based in Pune India.
This role is critical to ensure the successful development of an innovation capability hub in Asia encompassing innovation strategy, product development, and research. You will be responsible for achieving the objectives of bank-wide innovation and developing an ecosystem to support development of disruptive products and services – particularly harnessing the potential emerging technologies and AI to address the challenges and opportunities facing the FS industry. You must partner with senior stakeholders, in both business and technology, to influence the creation of a prioritised innovation portfolio.
The role demands leadership, initiative, motivation, technical experience, and gravitas
You must be able to develop and influence strategic priorities for the Pune team. You will support and consult at senior level across the bank and mobilise, guide, and direct a team of engineers and innovation specialists to deliver complex business and technical solutions.
