- Document all transactions completed in a day provide daily reports to the lead
- Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions, and concerns swiftly
- Maintaining database on regular basis
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Scan document print files, when needed
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
