We are currently seeking a skilled and talented Skin Therapist to join our team. As a Skin Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized skincare treatments and helping our clients achieve their skincare goals. Your in-depth knowledge of skincare products and techniques, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and leave with radiant, healthy skin.

Responsibilities

Perform various skincare treatments, such as facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and extractions, in accordance with client needs and preferences

Analyze clients’ skin and provide personalized recommendations for at-home skincare routines and products

Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of regular professional treatments

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked

Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training opportunities

Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication

Collaborate with the team to create customized treatment plans for clients with specific skincare concerns or goals

Requirements

A valid esthetician or cosmetology license

Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or similar role

In-depth knowledge of skincare products, equipment, and treatments

Strong ability to analyze skin types and provide personalized recommendations

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional workspace

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 – ?30,000.00 per month
