Job Description

Member partners will help craft the company’s customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and consistently deliver excellent customer experience. An ideal member partner should possess top notch communication skills both verbal and written with experience in hospitality/aviation. What you’ll do?

• Overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding right through to enabling business success for customers
• Driving retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
• Managing telephonic/email/chat communication with customers
• Ensuring that Customer Success practices are being followed throughout the whole company, and having a big hand in shaping these
• Ensuring our customers are kept up to date with the latest product features and versions, and how these changes can benefit them

What are we looking for?

• 0-3 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing position
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Enjoys collaboration and thrives in a team
• Is kind, empathetic, caring, and loves to help people
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
