Job Description (Based out of Factory/ Plant)
- Shift raw materials arrangement as per production plan.
- Manpower management
- Wastage/give away control
- Reports preparation of daily shift production / monthly
- Plant break down reports
- Hands on experience of Equipments preferable Extruder, Packing machines
- Co-ordination with maintenance dept. for required maintenance of the plant.
- Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are followed.
- Identifying training needs.
- Stocks transfer to stores
- Floor discipline & handling of mass men power
- Must be comfortable in working in various shifts (Morning/ Night)
