Job Description (Based out of Factory/ Plant)

• Shift raw materials arrangement as per production plan.
• Manpower management
• Wastage/give away control
• Reports preparation of daily shift production / monthly
• Plant break down reports
• Hands on experience of Equipments preferable Extruder, Packing machines
• Co-ordination with maintenance dept. for required maintenance of the plant.
• Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Identifying training needs.
• Stocks transfer to stores
• Floor discipline & handling of mass men power
• Must be comfortable in working in various shifts (Morning/ Night)
