Corporate leadership, EHS Governance and contributions in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operations. Risk assessment, management, and mitigation, streamlining environmental operations and implemented procedures, implemented core safety systems, and contributing to projects from mid-phase to commissioning.
Set KPI’s Policy formulation, designed standards and guidelines. Investigation, RCA and implementation of actions. Monthly MIS, Fire Audits, Corrective action reviews and reporting to top Management. Imparting EHS Key process trainings contribution of EHS principles. Participate in daily meetings and review of other dept. meetings as well as critical project progress reviews.
Monthly performance monitoring and audit compliance monitoring, including environmental protection and sustainability project reviews.
