Experience Required : 2 to 4 YearsJob description:· Reporting to management and performing administrative duties· Answer calls, as well as screen and forward calls to the respective person· Making necessary arrangements for appointments, meetings, events, etc· Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner· Copying, scanning, and filing documents· Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements· Managing housekeeping staff and ensuring cleanliness· Performing other administrative tasks, as required· Handling petty cash and necessary data· Responsible for office administration payments within approved expense limits and do the needful within a reasonable time to ensure business continuity.Skills:· Good Knowledge of MS Office· 1-2 years of experience in a similar role· Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment· Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Proactive, punctual and reliable.· Good organizational and multitasking abilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Pune – 411003, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
