Safety Liaison:

• Serve as the primary safety contact addressing safety-related concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to align safety initiatives with their operational goals and compliance requirements, ensuring a proactive approach to safety management

Safety Reporting:

• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly safety reports to stakeholders, highlighting safety performance metrics, compliance status, and areas for improvement.
• Communicate key safety updates and initiatives to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged in safety practices.

Safety Training and Awareness:

• Develop and implement tailored safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about safety practices and protocols relevant to their roles.
• Promote safety awareness through regular communication, workshops, and safety drills, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure that all safety practices at site comply with relevant local and national safety regulations, including OSHA and other applicable standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance.

Incident Management:

• Investigate safety incidents and accidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management to develop and refine safety policies and procedures based on incident analysis and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of the Safety environment or risk and enhanced knowledge of logistics Safety for 3 to 5 years
• Graduation or Diploma in HSE
