Dhruv Research is Indias first multimodal market research firm. It is led by alumni from top educational and professional organizations with the ambition to become the leader in the space in India. The organization aims to disrupt the space through statistical and technological advancements in the existing data collection methods. Dhruv Research aims to build sophisticated prediction systems across sectors such as elections, politics, governance, sports, and science.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Liaise between various business departments and groups
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling, maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
• Drive continuous improvements in the business models by tracking core business metrics related to the operations and improving the efficiency of the business operations
• Assist in planning and designing business processes; assist in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modelling

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline
• Work experience of 0-4 years in a similar role
• Strong first principle thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Knowledge of Python is a good to have skill, though not mandatory
• Advanced Excel and knowledge of SQL/Meta base
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
• Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• Experience in structuring ambiguous problems with an ability to think laterally and in multiple dimensions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel

Good to have:

Power BI, Python, SQL, Jira or any other data centric ERP.
