Delta Refresh to be performed on a daily basis.

Period(GL & SL) Open Close task to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.

Mass Reversal to be monitored during month end and to be performed manually if auto job fails.

Monitoring of Automated Jobs relating to Month-end – Capex Settlement, Depreciation, PO Settlement, Discount rate check, Profit in Stock, Brand Through Profit

Regrouping Customer and Vendor Job run to be monitored during month end and to be executed manually if auto job fails.

FX Revaluation to be performed during month end close,

Clearing of Jobs in SAP

WHT Reconciliation to be performed on a monthly basis

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

GL Clearing to be performed during month end

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:

Perform GL reconciliations, BS analysis

Well prepare for external and internal audit

Active involvement in Month End Close around GAPA Job monitoring, posting and WHT Recon.

Responsible for daily operational accounting and financial activities. Liaison with stakeholders and with other financial colleagues to solve specific issues.

Driving issue resolution, pro-actively seek out better ways of doing things and drive implementation of “simpler, faster, better” processes and ways of working.
