Job Description :
Sell to Cash (StC), part of End to End Commercial, plays a leading role to Help Sell in Diageo. Sell to Cash Service Delivery works to capture order demand, ensure products are delivered on time to customers and that invoice payments are collected once due. Sell to Cash is a global organisation, one of the four global Towers that will drive end to end process excellence across four key Service Centre locations, Budapest, Bogotá, Nairobi, Manila, with additional StC teams located in Belfast, Athens and Turin
The STC area covers significant cross-market and end-to-end functional responsibilities with the aim to continue the great steps forward that have been achieved during previous years by the StC community.
It ensures proper operation of processes from incoming customer orders to final deliveries with continuous order-to-ship end-to-end issue resolution. Service Delivery entails close business partnering with the market logistics, sales and customer service teams.
To support the process which is making sure that Diageo IMC warehouses are filled up with our products in Western Europe so they can be sold to our Customers. Also to provide the necessary shipment and billing documentations correctly and to support post sales activities, such as claim management, return deliveries. The role has strong connections to Intercompany processes.
The role holder should demonstrate the appropriate Diageo capabilities, specifically:

Generate the necessary documentation and ensure on time billing with maximum accuracy.
Issue/create accurate documents such as: invoices, debit/credit notes, order acknowledgements, etc. to required timescales
Order creation and amendment
Handling all incoming customer queries and requests
Continuously improving service levels in cooperation with the internal teams and other parts of the business to strive for excellence in a highly competitive environment
Closing of customer claims within agreed parameters
Process customer insurance claims in an accurate and timely manner after completion of customer concerns
Resolving shipment delays and all associated communication and documentation with counterparts in supply and the market.
Process material (dry goods) and sample orders and ensure markets are kept updated on status.
Resolution of Intercompany delivery, pricing, billing and any other GRNI issues
reporting
Relationship management with key stakeholders, RTR, Finance teams, Supply sites, etc.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Essential
Fluent English
Strong MS Office knowledge

Desirable:
Customer Service experience
Approximately 2 year experience in a relevant field (Supply or Intercompany)
