Qualification: B.TECH/M.TECH

Experience : 08 – 10 years with Experience in project and program management in the automotive industry in Passenger Cars or Light Commercial Vehicle.

Role Description :

1. Prepare business case for program approval by engaging cross functional stakeholders, defining timeline & budget.

2. Monitor & ensure Progress of the program development towards launch timings is on track and mitigate if any risks.

3. Communication & interaction with South Korea, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, & AGD markets and coordination with Manufacturing countries in NA , EU & France.

4. Understand the Quality issues , root cause and ensure non repeatability.

5. Asses overall project risk on a day to day basis and provide decision and directions to mitigate the risk.

6.Chair Project meetings , manage and provide directions to ensure all cross functional activities to meet defined project boundary conditions.

7. Manage multiple programs coordinating with Program Managers on specific product programs & supervise day-to-day activities on Program development across all functions to ensure timelines and quality are met.

8. Responsible for overall scope, time & Cost Management, and Program Readiness coordination from a platform perspective.

9. Ensure that the program communication plan is effectively implemented and all the action points arising out of all program reviews are captured and systematically tracked for closure

10. Prepare and maintain dynamic activity tracker for all import Programs about to Launch in next 12 months .
