Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payment intake, post payments and complete the reconciliation processes.
- This role will manually and electronically process and post a high volume of billing statements.
- Updating account adjustments and keeping records of account standings.
- Needs to understand EOB Posting, ERA Posting and Denial Posting
- Responsible for billing for services provided to Physicians and Doctors.
- Ensure correct payment processing.
- React positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Graduates or Equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ year payment posting experience in RCM/Dental required.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Demonstrates and independent work initiative with positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹380,000.00 per year
