**This position is a remote position, however, we are looking for candidates who can cover Eastern US and Indian time zone** THE COMPANY At DiligenceVault, we’re making diligence possible for all. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading a distributed team building DiligenceVault platform using technologies like .Net/C#, Python, Angular in a Microsoft Azure cloud computing multi-region infrastructure
• Hire and manage a team of developers, QA, and DevOps. Establish a culture of accountability by creating a sense of urgency and by maximizing the efficiency of the team
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the development queue and drive the execution of the product roadmap
• Facilitate and participate in daily stand-up, weekly iteration planning, and other as-needed meetings with development teams
• Research new technologies that may potentially increase the company’s competitive advantage
• Recommend and oversee any changes in system architecture
• Work on our 3rd party tools (plugins, apps) and integration partnerships (APIs)
• Be an integral part of our platform’s security and BCP/DR frameworks
• Monitor post-launch success of new products and features

ABOUT YOU You will be a key member of our Product leadership team and be part of resourcing and building technical/product vision.

• You will be a key player in helping DiligenceVault build a culture of inclusion, professional/personal growth, and accountability. You will build, mentor, inspire, grow and run a high-functioning, inclusive, and motivated engineering department
• You have a high bar for excellence for code quality, user experience, and security
• You lead by example
• You have experience in a startup environment; preferably in SaaS and as the startup scaled up
• You have a track record of delivering a product on time and on budget
• You have a passion for entrepreneurship and building things (teams, departments, and products)
