constantly evolving and changing. A Copywriter with a proven track record in creating

disruptive and interesting work. The person should be able to work alongside art

directors, production and marketing departments. Must be a keen team player and a

self-sufficient multi-tasker, full of original approaches and innovative ideas.

About The Team

This role will be in the Creative Marketing department at Disney+ Hotstar. We are not just

a full-service in-house agency, but also the first port of call for Title Marketing and Brand

Marketing projects for Disney+ Hotstar. We are highly awarded as a team with wins at

Effies, Kyoorius, Promax and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard.
• Should be comfortable in both Hindi and English. Humor and irreverence in the skill set are a massive plus.
• Develop creative strategies across a range of requirements – From title marketing to brand marketing efforts.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Manage multiple projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with internal and marketing/social teams across the project phase.

Skills & Attributes For Success

• Significant experience in an advertising/social media agency.
• A strong record in creating work that has worked in the market and also awarded.
• In addition to writing, can strategize and plan the creative output for maximum impact and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and be comfortable with presenting work to a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
• A keen attention to detail and timelines.
• Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media.
• Keen knowledge of social media best practices, but also be able to innovate.
• Confidence in building a rapport with stakeholders and nurturing good working relationships.

Preferred Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an advertising/social media agency.
• A strong record in creating work that has worked in the market and also awarded.
