The successful applicant will directly shape the way Indian audiences consume Cricket across broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Conceptualise, produce, and package short and long-form sports content across TV, social, and digital platforms

• 
  Hands-on production of sports content across magazine shows, documentaries, highlights, and live programming

• 
  Supervise post-production by inspiring editing and design teams to deliver content that conforms to the latest content trends

• 
  Support Senior Producers to deliver high quality content across Live & Beyond Live programming

• 
  Integrate latest trends in storytelling styles and content formats within Star Sports’ brand of storytelling

• 
  Bring a developed sports editorial acumen to the position and contribute to ideas

• 
  Write scripts and contribute to programming ideation and show structures

Performance Measures:

• 
  Production delivery of cricket content across TV, Social, and Digital platforms

• 
  Work with Senior Producers and Executive Producers to understand creative requirements and deliver produced content that conforms to the brief

• 
  Work on multiple projects at the same time, without compromising on the excellence of output

• 
  Strict adherence to timelines

• 
  Very keen attention to finer details, producing error-free content

Qualifications:

• 
  Good understanding of relevant software like Adobe Suite

• 
  Comprehensive editing skills

• 
  Knowledge around production and graphics workflows, and turnaround times

• 
  Proficient in English, ability to read Hindi will be advantageous

• 
  Experience in script writing and post-production will be well received

• 
  Previous industry experience is favourable
