- Experience: 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory or 6 months BFSI experience
- Language: English (V5) and Hindi (Excellent)

Skill Set: * Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills.
- The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call.
- The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English & Hindi.
- Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge
- Excellent spoken Communication Skills
- Active and efficient candidate having zeal to explore career in voice process
- 2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview
