Roles and responsibilities :

Do you fancy being in charge of outcomes for customers?

We are looking for someone who will take complete ownership and ensure customers get what they paid for. If you are a hustler and love being in the thick of things, this is the role for you.

You will broadly be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring customers get a brag-worthy experience while dealing with us

• Day-to-day operations

• Reporting and Analysis

• Process Improvement Projects

This role is 70% day-to-day and 30% work on cross-functional long-term projects that bring efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations and MIS/data analysis is preferred (a minimum of 2 years).

• Minimum experience in an Operations role (5 years).

• Experience of using the Google Suite of Apps

• Accuracy and attention to detail are a must

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with varied stakeholders
