Diversey, Inc Hiring for Clinical Consultant-Healthcare at Bangalore Full Time

• Understand existing Infection Prevention practices in a hospital, conduct audits and act as consultant to implement standardization of IP practices in hospitals in close association with NABH/CDC guidelines.
• Conduction of customer training programs on therapy and existing and new products/technologies of Diversey.
• Identification, development and management of Key Opinion Leaders from the Infection Prevention segment in the region and actively drive KOL engagement activities.
• Organize and participate in market developmental activities like CMEs, Advisory board, symposia, scientific meets, presentations, RTMs & demonstrations to drive business.
• Support to sales personnel through Customer visits, problem resolution, trouble shooting & technical discussion of the product with clinical stakeholders.
• Induction/Clinical training for new joiners
• Circulation of mailers, scientific promotional material, new updates to the sales team and customers – monthly/ Quarterly
• Collect, collate and provide market intelligence

• MBBS/Microbiology and MBA (preferred but not mandatory). Good nursing background with active experience in a hospital setting can also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in the area of Infection Prevention and Microbiology
• Ability to communicate confidently and fluently with clinicians and other healthcare workers
• Capable of preparing and delivering effective presentations
• Able to travel at short notices, conduct hands-on training programs

Lead clinical marketing activities such as CMEs, conferences, symposia etc. to increase awareness on Infection Prevention (IP) Therapy and Diversey Healthcare product portfolio relevant to IP, Cleaning and Hygiene. This position would be based in Bengaluru and cover hospitals and other healthcare facilities located in entire South region
