• Develop and execute the business plan for the ASME Equipment Fabrication segment.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities in domestic and international sectors.
• Define short-term and long-term growth strategies, aligning with the company’s vision.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Set up the ASME-compliant manufacturing unit with required certifications.
• Oversee production, quality control, and compliance with ASME, ISO, and other global standards.
• Ensure timely completion of projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Financial & Revenue Growth

• Prepare and manage the business unit’s P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasts.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Optimize cost structures while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build a strong leadership team for production, quality, and sales functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies to attract, train, and retain industry professionals.
• Foster a high-performance work culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient project execution and after-sales service.
