To seek timely approvals, establish and maintain relationships and compliance with regulatory bodies and facilitating smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

To be the key point of contact between our organization and local government authorities, regulatory bodies.

Interact with various government departments for timely approvals related to real estate projects and construction.

Knowledge of land search and land related documents and papers.

Actively follow up for obtaining necessary permits and licenses.

Knowledge of government policies, paperwork and procedures related to Project approvals.

Proactively Handle and close objections if any raised by any department.

Regularly visit and meet officers to get work done on time in Haryana.

Requirements

Education- Graduate in any stream.

Experience- 3 to 4 years

Mode- Work from office

Gender- Male

Languages- English ,Hindi (Both- written and verbal)
