• Proficient in Documentation of all type & integrated Management (ISO QMS 9001, EMS 18001 & OHSAS 18001 ) system related work as per requirement of Quality Management System.
• Support overall development, Implementation & maintenance of the organization, Quality management system (QMS).
• Control and coordinate inspection and test activities both in-house and at suppliers when needed.
• Planning and executing internal as well as external (customer)audits.
• Relationship with internal department Support to design Quality plans, implement methods & procedures for inspection & testing.
• To carry out analysis of finished products & raw materials as per established specifications. (Masterbatch)
• Assist with conducting quality audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non Conformances (NCR’s) Corrective Actions (CAR’s) & Preventive Actions (PAR’s)
• Handles the control of all non-conforming, assists in the coordination of company Practices
• Preparation of certificate of analysis (COA). Manage documents/SOP related to Quality control & maintaining documents as per ISO 9001..
• Control of all quality department related records
• Co-ordination with staff, customers for the fulfillment of Quality standard requirements.
• Effective analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required Experience and Qualifications
Min. Experience- 2 to 7 Years.
