Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and deploying the system including hardware, system software, enterprise network and applications etc.

Responsibilities

Configuring and maintaining the system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Monitoring system performance & network security to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
Providing technical support when requested.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
5+ years’ experience in IT/System Administration
Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
