DJ Academy of Design Looking For Registrar at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Full Time

Purpose of the role:

• To manage Admissions, Registrations, Projects, Industrial visits, Placements, Internships, Examinations/Jury & Results, Student affairs, Attendance, Affiliations & Audits, Systems, Academic scheduling, Discipline etc.,

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Accountable for admissions, records and registration, academic scheduling, front line service.
• Organizing and arranging complete end to end student’s admission process of DJAD.
• Organizing Students orientation program and coordinating with DEAN understand academic needs and support on timely basis.
• Responsible for DJAD Students Safety and discipline during the working hours within the campus.
• Entire control over exam section/ jury administration and records, academic scheduling and student’s communication as directed by the Dean.
• Strategic enrolment data management and analysis, academic policy and organizing convocation.
• Academic administration documentation and record keeping to run an institution effectively.
• Coordinating and corresponding with university and government bodies of the Institution
• Go forward by implementing a value-based system and confirming the legal standards.
• To play a significant role in getting the “Accreditation” Status for the academy from the respective boards.
