About the role: Engineer Service

As a field service engineer you need to provide onsite service and customer support. In this field-based role, you shall be responsible for on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction. Need to meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory. Need to study different type of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation and conduct onsite (online) printer trial.

Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of Domino customers.

This role will be part of our successful service team, working closely with customer support and technical colleagues. With proven progression routes within the team, we can offer great scope for ambitious individuals who are seeking to build a successful career.

About you:
Previous exposure of 1 to 4 years of hands on experience in onsite service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial automation.

As a graduate from reputed institution and someone who is curious, you are always keen to understand the “how” and the “why” behind products and services through empathetic questioning and listening.

Coupled with high drive, determination, and resilience, you will have demonstrable experience in providing compelling solutions for the needs of customers. You will need to be an organised, independent individual with knowledge and experience in applying your technical acumen to solve machine problems.

Candidates applying for this position must have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Elecronics/ BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college.
