Job Description

: *

• Manage the client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner by setting up a seamless process that is not people dependent rather process-oriented;
• In depth knowledge of visa processing;
• Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy for the regions for all the visa categories like (Business, work visa, Dependent, and Tourist);
• The checklist is to be maintained in the centralized server with the version control document and should be reviewed every month or as and when there are changes to the process;
• Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy and is in adherence to the Consulate / Embassy requirements;
• Guiding the employees/client SPOC on the consulate / Embassy requirements which are mandatory for visa submissions;
• Accurate visa information to be shared with the client SPOC / Applicants against the Queries raised by them;
• Coordination with the Back-office team for process updations or collection/submission of the applications/passport at consulates;
• Immigration alerts/changes to be communicated to the client SPOC at regular intervals;
• Coordination or collaboration with the client SPOC / employees in understanding the client requirements and delivering as per the agreed terms and conditions;
• Create a knowledge base of the operational activities and keep updating the database with the latest regulations/immigration act and visa checklist.
• Preparation of covering letter/support letter for the visa application;
• To communicate with employees and managers / Client SPOC on the progress of the applications.
• Need to adapt and learn new geographies based on the business requirements.
• Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
• Maintain MIS and reports and present bi-weekly or monthly reports to Ops head as per the requirement with detailed analysis report and trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Very good communication skills both orally and written with a willingness to learn and self-starter.
• Good knowledge of visa process for USA, EMEA, Europe, Asia region is mandatory.
• Should be able to work on Excel and create reports.
• Prior experience as an implant executive at the client’s location is an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge about /immigration laws.
• Should be a good team player.
• Can work efficiently with minimum supervision and should be able to handle work pressure and be flexible for taking new areas of learning.
