We are the leading Agent & Distributor of Specialty Chemicals in India. We are looking for Order Fulfillment Executive – Imports with domain experience in post Sales – Import process & documentation.

• Minimum ~3 years’ experience managing purchase / Import teams in a mfr or distribution Co.
• Knowledge of Chemical Industry & Trade will be an advantage.
• Job includes Processing Purchase Orders, Letter of Credit scrutinizing, negotiation & coordination with Banks and external/ internal teas & partners.
• Shipment Processing (Import & export documentation- sea /air ) & Tracking and Follow ups.
• Import Shipment monitoring, tracking and updating to Origin
• Monitor periodic MIS reports (Shipment or Order progress status/Sales/Purchase/ etc ) and update to Origin and other stakeholders?
• Min B Com, BSc, MBA , Dipn- SCM, FT .
• Experience in Import Logistics, Shipment Tracking and Co-ordination for documents
• Ensure timely completion of the task & Follow up for Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Date.
• Essential Computing Skills: – Word, Excel, PPT, Internet browsing for Research, Using banks payment systems, Email accounts etc.
• Confidentiality of job, good team work, Time management and organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
