Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, Packaging, Design,

Business, and to gather and prioritize project requirements. Translating these

requirements into clear actionable for respective teams.

2. Understand the project requirements from the category business team – product &

packaging goals, commercial goals, timelines. Basis this, define clear goals for

individual team members and monitor movement/progress on tasks from inception to

completion.

3. Working closely with the NPD (New Product Development) Team, Design Team to

plan and execute the development process. Ensuring the product is delivered on

Time, within Cost & with excellent Quality.

4. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Monitoring

product performance, analyzing user data, and making iterative improvements based

on insights.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance & ops

teams, to align supply chain and product development activities with overall business

goals

6. Collaborate with external stakeholders (3P partners, raw material vendors, packaging

vendors) to align supply chain and product development activities with overall

business goals

7. Communicate effectively with internal team members to provide updates, address

issues, and ensure a smooth workflow.

8. Oversee quality control processes and ensure products meet established standards.

Manage product life cycles and make recommendations for product improvements or

discontinuations.

9. Should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

They should be able to balance competing priorities, make informed decisions based

on data and possess a deep understanding of the product.

10. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency

improvements within the supply chain and new product development functions

11. Stay informed about best practices, industry happenings, emerging technologies, and

best practices to enhance our operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Candidates should have a minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in Supply Chain Management.

– Engineering background with supply chain experience is preferred.

-Candidates from FMCG Cosmetics Industry (Skincare, Hair Care, Makeup) are

preferred

-They should also possess :
