Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from consumers regarding forthcoming renewals by phone, email, or other channels.

Responsibilities

• Offers users customer service on the phone, email, or instant message. acts as the main point of contact for incoming consumer issues.
• escalates more complex product-related issues to the appropriate Product Support division
• Investigates client issues, find the underlying reason, and employ tools and resources effectively to figure out how to fix issues.
• Keeps track of and records incoming support requests, making ensuring that client complaints and issues are properly noted.
• Meets requirements for the task, including those quality, punctuality, and average handling time.
• Possibly mentor and/or guide less seasoned Customer Service Associates – Consumer

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication abilities (English and Hindi).
• Excellent people skills and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Must be self-starting and self-motivating.
• Emphasize quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent analytical and listening abilities.
