People management

Adoption of Processes and improving them

Continuous improvement (CTQ) Parameters for Candidate Assessment (Must Have SKIL

What you need to have:
Agile / Scrum

.Net platform / Web platform

Should have managed team of 5 to 10 people

Minimum Qualification Bachelor in Computer Science (or equivalent) with minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent)

Industry Specialization, if any

Machine/Device industry (e.g. Industrial or Office Printers, Health care devices, Automobile, Aerospace etc.)

Customer Impact

Always thinks how the end user would use the and works towards it

Builds and Manages Collaborative Relationships

Works in close collaboration with the team (e.g. code reviews, test reviews, demos to stakeholders etc.)
