Description
Location: Bengaluru / Chennai
Manages sales of medium to large accounts &/or distribution, medium complexity and potential geographical diversity with the key objective to maintain, then grow in alignment to the sales/marketing plan.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Manages account portfolio, prepares and implements account plans.
Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering the volume and value.
Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
Leads/conducts negotiations, implements price changes.
Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
5 to 7 years prior work experience in relevant areas (Sales & Marketing of specialty chemical or components/assemblies in Electronics Industry market space)
Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Relevant Field (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering /Silicones)
Degree in Management
Techno-commercial acumen
Imbibe and advocate the culture of Safety, Operational Excellence & following the Regulatory norms.
Knowledge of user industries / applications / value chain in Consumer and Electronics Domain
Job Profile:
Focus on Key deliverables i.e. Volume, Revenue, Margin, Market Share, Geographical Expansion & Future growth ambition etc.
Lead to achieve sales target and build up direct customer base.
Management of Distribution Channels in Southern India as per distribution management plan and priorities
New local market development and analysis (competitors analysis, market size, growth and price evaluation)
To achieve high level of customer intimacy through technical/commercial solutions and CRM
Proposes new product developments to ensure innovation sales growth and local competitiveness
Submit timely and accurate sales forecast
