Project : LifeStyle (Home Center)

Reporting to : WH.Manager

Responsibility : Adherence of all Management reports among HC. com Operations.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operations management

Responsible for the overall concept MIS data.

Organizing & ensuring the data accuracy with scheduled cut off time & periodic report sending

Need to engage in given concepts of Home center operations. May be in

Online (HC.com)

Home Delivery

House Hold

Furniture

Sofa

Import (Receiving)

Logistics

Focused to achieve the daily target as per SLA in overall operations.

Analyses operational issues and implementing new process to avoid deviations.

Running operations with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Ensure to circulating the reports to customer on timely basis and attending daily review meeting among operation team.

Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with SOP.

Timely accounting of return stock from local Stores.

Be focused on issue related quires & transactions and revert for mails.

HC. com Handling damages needs to monitor on daily basis.

Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of the service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.

Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Customer relationship Management

Support in customer based on timely need.

Resolving customer queries and sending reports timely.

Monitoring monthly warehouse KPIs

Customer escalation handling, proactively take actions to reduce complaints.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3-4 industries experience with at least 6 years in relevant industry (Retail preferred)

Rich exposure to DC Operations

Ability to work under floor operations

Full awareness on WMS transactions.

Graduate / Postgraduate from reputed university preferably in Operations and supply chain management
