DP World Hiring for Gate Operations Executive at India Full Time
Should be responsible for weighing in & weighing out of vehicles.
Ensure that all weighbridge staff are fully aware of their duties and have the necessary training.
Responsible for accuracy of the data captured.
Ensure that the weighbridge is operational /Functional 24 X 7.
Ensure all reports or paperwork or contracts are in line with company SOPs.
Immediately report to the appropriate manager incase of any deviation.
Responsible for keeping management informed about the condition of the weighbridge.
Advise management immediately in case of a breakdown
Maintain the weighbridge and general area of the weigh bridge including office in a clean, tidy and hazard free condition.
Ensure weighbridge customers are aware of site rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly.
Any other work as management considers relevant.
Able to handle the Security Gate function
Gate in/out passes to be generated
Documents like ER COPIES SHIPPING BILLS and other related documents should be verified
