We are hiring!!Years Of Experience : 1.5 to 2 yearsOur company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.HR Administrator Responsibilities: Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.Handling complete vendor communication and activitiesActing as the first point of contact for all personnel/professional queries.Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Performing other relevant duties when needed.HR Administrative Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role.Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).Must be approachable and helpful.Strong critical thinking skills.Good ethical judgment.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Application Deadline: 20/2/2022Expected Start Date: 20/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹16,500.00 per monthBenefits:Food allowanceLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:HR Admin: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
