Title – Zonal Partner
Location – Alwar, Kotputali, Hanumangarh, Sikar and more
Experience – 6 to 7 Year (Pathologists can also apply)*
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Zonal Business Partner to join our High performing Team. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Mission:
The mission of the Zonal Business Partner is to implement the strategy and business plan for the sales growth in the zone. This position will be responsible for all aspects of service operations and ensuring timely delivery of services in the line with desired necessities towards achieving high quality and positive outcomes for customers. The role is responsible for ensuring review and adherence to sales and operations processes, business development, customer relationship management process and other initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Department Management
Implement the strategic goals, objectives, policies and systems pertaining to Operations Department in the alignment with Operations Head. Accountable for implementing Operational policies by setting up procedures and standards for the department.
Business Development:
Assist team in implementation of the sales plans to achieve the targeted growth in revenue and profit with quality customer-service standards and other operational parameters.
Customer Engagement & Account Management:
To plan engagement and activities based on the profiling with Sales & Marketing Department for generating revenue for the organization. Collaborate with Field team members in the development of relevant engagement activities.
Audit and Compliance:
Plan, manage and conduct internal audits (Technical and Non-Technical) under supervision of Operations Head to monitor Operational effectiveness, compliance with all applicable Departmental SOPs and regulations. Prepare and present internal audit reports and documents.
People Management:
Establish and maintain standards of performance and ensure competency check at each role in Institutional Sales department. Train and develop team members with regards to domain expertise for taking up future responsibilities in the division.
Consistent review, training and performance management of team members.
Ensure HR compliance and working as per HR policy of organization
Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating employees to achieve Sales department goals.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
· Proven experience in sales and key account management in Healthcare.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
· The ability to build rapport with key clients and can handle multiple accounts.
· Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
