Dr. Bhanushali Hospital, Thane is looking for a full-time Account Executive. This opening is for female candidate only having pleasant personality with good communication skills.

The candidate should be well versed with computer using Tally ERP 9, MS-Office, Internet and should be commerce graduate. The candidate should have prior experience as an accountant executive

Need a candidate who is enthusiastic and passionate about work.

Self-starter who takes initiative and is proactive.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have a willingness to learn and multitask

Responsibilities and Duties

Finance

1) Expertise in Tally, Excel

2) TDS, PF, Salary processing, Doctor’s Payments

3) Daily & Monthly Accounts report preparation.

4) Cheque preparation

5) Payment, Receipt Vouchers Entries

6) Bank Reconcilation

7) Follow up with Insurance Companies/TPA for Outstanding.

8) Petty Cash

Administration:

1) Point of contact for Administrative activities

2) Legal Compliance related work

3) Handling internal events

4) Maintain stationary stock

5) Office filling related work

Required Experience and Qualifications

Tally, Advance Excel, MS office, Internet

Candidate should be B Com graduate
