Job Description :

We are looking for a versatile, highly professional, disruptive, and focused individual who pays attention to detail and has an eye for quality delivery. The individual must have team collaboration skills and be an active listener and communicator; someone who’d come not just with problems but suggestive solutions.

Responsibilities :

– Reviewing and analyzing system specifications

– Writing, executing test scripts, and reviewing results

– Reporting and documenting technical issues and driving them to closure

– Writing automation test scripts; if not building complete testing framework, must have the ability to challenge self to learn.

– Identify the gaps and provide expert advice as to how to bridge the gaps.

– Be proactive in suggesting a better approach for the product to make it valuable

– Perform market research and analysis as the necessity demands

– Step into the shoes of product owner and build requirements as needed

Skills & expertise :

– 2-3 years experience in software manual and automation testing.

– Performance Load testing experience is a must

– If you have real estate domain exp , it is a plus.

– Must have test plan, strategy, cases development experience.

– Must have worked in an environment where they know when to perform what kind of testing; say smoke, regression, integration, sanity

– Must know to prioritize work items based on the business need

– Knows to handle tough timelines situations and not compromise quality.

– Must have experience in product management methodology such as agilenon-process oriented environment

– Should have experience in any of the ALM tools such as TFS JIRA or even be open to build application reporting structure in excel.

– Must have experience in any of the automation tools such as JMeter, selenium, cucumber, cypress, karate, etc.
