Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Brand manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities

• Planning and executing campaigns
• Responsible for sustaining & uplifting the brand Image of clinic.
• Experience of Production Photo shoot, Radio Spots, TVCs
• Agency Management Creative and Media agency
• Briefing creative agencies and internal studio for development of effective communication/message for print, radio, magazines, outdoors, posters and other marketing related advertorials
• Working closely with the agency for photo shoots for print, outdoor etc. Organizing and supervising shooting of various videos for the brand including patient testimonials on a regular basis for digital usage.
• Ensuring effective utilization of co-branded platforms for maximum visibility and marketing initiatives for the brand.
• Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;
• Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
• Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
• Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaign

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
Qualification- BA, MBA, IB

• Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
