YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying opportunities for co-creating the range of Indian & western Sauces.
• Responsible for monitoring trends & translate them into valuable products as a solution to the client.
• Responsible for creating & refreshing product library.
• Build relations with corporate clients.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience as a chef with a focus on Indian Cuisine and knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, flavors, and regional variations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in 5-star hotels or Indian specialty restaurants.
• Hands on experience in kitchen operations.
• Basic knowledge of Western cuisine.
• Excellent communication and product presentation skills.
• Innovative and solution-mindset.
