Qualifications ;

B.Com/M.Com

Certificate or Diploma in TALLY ERP or BUSY

ONLY – MALE candidate along with 2 to 4 years of experience

JD/ Responsibility

• To prepare a consolidated monthly statement of funds required to manage day to day expenses of the secondary and connected vision centres and to send to concerned before beginning of the month.

• To generate DLR – Daily Liquidity Report and imprest status report and send to the concerned on daily basis as per the format
• Receiving vendors bill and booking in Tally
• Monitoring: Vender Advance and due payment
• To bring out any discrepancies in cash management to the concerned authorities
• To ensure that all costs / expenses and project related entries are booked under appropriate cost centre’s
• To verify the bills
• To do the daily income and expenses entry in the tally on daily basis
• Reconciliation of the satellite bank account
• To ensure that revenue collected in the secondary centre and connected vision centre are deposit in the bank on timely basis as per protocols
• To do ESI & PF related entry
• Satellite accounting entry / records and audit

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
