Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contracts and Procurement professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech and M.Tech (regular) with a solid background in managing procurement strategies and contract administration for highrise residential and group housing projects. This role requires a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor negotiations, cost control, compliance, and stakeholder coordination from project initiation to execution.

• B.Tech and M.Tech (Regular) from a recognized university, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Certification in Contract Management, Procurement, or related areas is preferred.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Contracts and Procurement, particularly in the real estate or infrastructure sector.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.

• Strong background in tendering processes, bid evaluations, negotiations, and finalization of contracts.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, consultants, and engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience in cost estimation, budgeting, project feasibility analysis, and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
