Preparing Purchase order and Work orders as per instructions.Co-ordinating with vendors.Co-ordinating with clients.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataManaging office inventory, maintenance, leasing, insurance, purchase of office equipment & supplies and all relevant procurement functions.In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.Good written communication skills.Candidate should be well versed with: -1.
