Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience as Service Head.
Salary: 40000 to 45000
KRA:
- AMC PM Database to maintain.
- Customer Relationship with AMC Clients.
- Field & Resident Engineers Empowerment Through Training.
- Engineer Reshuffling & recruitment of Engineers with HR.
- AMC Payment Follow up.
- Escalation of Calls.
- Renewal Responsibility.
- Customer Visit for service revenue and Service Relationship Building.
- Parameters for Quality of support.
- Customer Feedback Form & yearly credentials from respective clients.
- Working Stock Database.
- AMC Asset Database, IR, Issuing of Tools, Deployment.
- Service Meeting Database.
- Account Profitability to Management.
- Quarterly Spares consumption customer wise to BM.
- Call Management with daily update to BM.
- Engineers Performance Report & Yearly Promotional activity with HR.
- Ensuring Prevention from Blacklisting, Penalty & LD etc.
- House Keeping of Service Area.
- Engineers promotion.
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support as an when required.
- Monthly visit to AMC clients & collection of QOS.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Meetings & Reviews.
- Daily Call Allocation & Reporting from Field & Resident Engineers.
- Work Planning, Maintaining Documentation.
- Completion Certificate, Handing Over & Closing for AMC.
- Service Delivery Planning
- Service Quotations
- Service Correspondence with client
- Service Back to Back Agreements
- Correspondence with HO for overall service revenue & operation
- Engineers Code of Conduct (implement & Action)
- Venturing New Areas of Service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
