CTC up to 3-4 Lacs.
Experience: –
Up to 10 years experience in ECommerce categories of furniture/home furnishing / mobile accessories / electronic appliances OR interiors/construction CRM.
KRA: –
Customer Support
Listings and Panel knowledge for Amazon, Flipkart, Gem & Shopify.
Advanced excel. VERY Good spoken and written English.
E-Mail writing and customer support skillset.
Should be able to handle client complaints and issues.
Should be versed with software such as Freshdesk, My Operator, HUBSPOT, Zoho, and/or similar CRM software.
Prefer married women living close to Kirti Nagar
