Roles and Responsibilities Build & maintain long lasting customer relationships by understanding their current needs & future requirements Pre-RFP engagement – Ensure participation in the upcoming opportunities by pre-engagement with client/consultants on the RFP to position offerings & increase win-ability Market Intelligence – Keep organisation updated on the developments at client end, competition & drive our strategy accordingly Identify new opportunities & market shifts while being fully aware of the competition & ecosystem Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and Maintain and Update MIS with respect to individual customer, using Sales Force CRM as a tool Working closely with cross functional teams during Pre RFP engagement phase and Bidding phase. Order Book & Engagement visibility for the year (with quarter wise break-up) across different customer segments of Services Business Driving the key strategic programs related to opportunity creation Desired Candidate Profile Perks and Benefits
