Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the best candidates to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop and execute a recruitment strategy that attracts high-quality candidates. You will also manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct in-person interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication and feedback.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and negotiate salary and benefits.
