Eligibility: Smart, presentable with good communication skills and multitasking abilityGraduate/PG with 2-6 years of experience in HR AdministrationPreference for Male Candidates for this roleRoles & ResponsibilitiesAssist the senior management with recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and employee engagement activities.Manage employee data, PF, ESIC, salary payrolls, attendance records etc.Prepare and maintain HR administrative documents, policies & contracts.Liaise with external partners, like consultancies, vendors, and ensure compliance.CTC offered: 15-25k/month based on experience.Note: Office location is 51/52 BRG Industrial Park, Malikhedi, Nemawar Road, Indore MP, Work From office.
