Purpose of the job
The Digital capability and change Lead is part of the Global Digital Services (GdS) unit. He/she will report directly to the Cluster Mananer Digital Capability & Change. The purpose of the job is to enable the realization of the full business value of the digital Transformation @speed by driving wide adoption of our global and regional digital solutions and by developing and scaling digital essential capabilities supporting this transformation
Focus will first be on DNA and the Digital function itself, but ultimately our scope is all employees
The person will work closely together with the Tribe owners, Tribe leads, Product owners, but also communication specialists within and outside of GdS and any other stakeholders impacted by the digital transformation program.
Job Context
Group digital Services (GdS) is one of the key support function within DSM. It provides end-to-end digital service to the various Business Groups and corporate departments of DSM. GdS supports big digital transformation projects such as DNA ( Digital Nutrition Acceleration) . The DNA Program brings together the Nutrition strategy with the latest digital trends in order to make the Nutrition business future proof. To do this effectively and with high speed, the Agile Spotify model will be used. 9 Tribes have been established which represent the key areas of DSM’s Nutrition’s business, such as Marketing and Sales , Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Innovation , P&O
In this context, the role of the Digital capability, Change and adoption lead is to increase the chance of success of the digital initiatives that will be implement by the digital transformation program by providing professional and situational change and communication practices to the stakeholders.
The Digital transformation program will have an impact on approximately almost all employees globally, also on several customers and suppliers of DSM, therefore a proper change and communication support is vital for a successful digital transformation.
